Rachel Doty

Studio Director

Styles Taught: Star Leadership & Technique

Highlight Reel: Tokyo Disney Aerialist, NBA Dancer (Warriors Dance Team), Royal Caribbean and Princess Cruises dancer, Galaxy Macau Casino Opening Cast, Commercial and Television dancer. Former Head Coach of Sherwood Arrows Dance Team. Competition choreography has received choreography award, technical award and several top overall placements.

Holds instructor certifications in STOTT mat pilates, Acrobatic Arts, Alixa Flexibility and Progressing Ballet Technique. YPAD (Youth Protection Association for Dance) Certified Studio Owner.

Teaching Philosophy: To encourage a love of dance in her students and raise our students up as leaders. Rachel strives to help students find the fun and joy in dance. She loves to teach technique and help dancers reach their technical goals. She equally enjoys teaching jazz and helping guide dancers to step outside of their comfort zone so that they feel confident showing the world exactly who they are as a unique dancers and performers.

Abbi Bertalotto

Office Manager

Highlight Reel: Bachelor in Science with a Minor in Family Studies from Oregon State University, Mom of two, former Sherwood High School Dance Team Coach and Lake Oswego Middle School Jr. Dance Team Coach. Holds YPAD (Youth Protection Association for Dance) administrative certification.

Teaching Philosophy: Abbi strives to create an atmosphere where her students can embrace the joys of childhood. Her teaching style is a perfect blend of nurturing creativity and fostering self confidence.

Katy Meeks

Styles Taught: Contemporary & Tap

Highlight Reel: Competitive dancer and choreographer, University of California: Santa Cruz Graduate and Dance Minor. Dance captain of UCSC, Artistic Director of academically produced dance show "Random with Purpose XXVIII:Prism, Head Coach of Mountainside High School Dance Team. Established choreographer has been awarded choreography award and many top overall placements.

Teaching Philosophy: Katy is passionate about introducing kids to the wide variety of movement styles that dance has to offer. She believes no two dancers are alike and focuses on tailoring technical training in various styles to fit the needs and abilities of each individual.

Raena Gonzales

Styles Taught: Hip-Hop

Highlight Reel: LYFE Dance Company, Rouge Society Dancer, Freshvibe dance, Linfield dance team choreographer, Durantes mentorship program, Blazers RIP City Crew Dancer.

Teaching Philosophy: Raena choreography can be described as “fresh and energetic" she is passionate about encouraging strength, power and style in her students. Her favorite thing is seeing her students progress and build their confidence over the course of the season.

Skyler Pimentel

Styles Taught: Jazz & Acro

Highlight Reel: Pro Reveler with Revel Dance Convention, danced competitively for 13 years, Petite, Junior and Teen Spotlight Title Winner, several 1st overall placements as soloist and team member, worked with professional choreographers though well recognized Youtube dance group. Acrobatic Arts Certified Instructor.

Teaching Philosophy: Skylers belief is that dancing is not just about mastering steps and techniques but also having fun, fostering a positive mindset and building self confidence. She is passionate about creating a learning environment where students can truly enjoy the art of dance. Skyler believes when dancers have fun they are motivated to learn and improve. She also hopes to teach her students a positive mindset and that it’s not about getting it right every time, but that mistakes are opportunities for growth. She encourages her students to be kind to themselves, to persevere and to believe in their own abilities.

Savannah Le

Styles Taught: Leaps and Turns

Highlight Reel: NBA dancer for two seasons, Edge Performing Arts Center Scholarship Participant, Paris By Night Performer in Las Vegas. Choreographer and camp coach for High School dance teams.

Teaching Philosophy:

Savannah’s goal is for students to grow not only as dancers, but as strong and confident humans outside of the studio. She believe’s that the skills her students are learning in the studio, and the many challenges they may face within their dance journey will guide them to navigate their world with confidence. Every class her goal is for students to leave feeling inspired by what they are capable of, and what they will continue to be capable of in and out of the studio.

Darci Meyerhofer

Styles Taught: Ballet, Pilates, Pointe

Highlight Reel: Scholarship to the prestigious dance program at the University of Arizona, received a BFA in Dance, performed the role as “Ponytail Girl” and was dance captain in regional theater production of Sweet Charity, 3 Seasons as Radio City Rockette in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, certified Pilates instructor working as a physical therapy aid and Pilates Therapy guide.

Teaching Philosophy: In Darcis classes she tries to cultivate the mind-body connection and how it applies to dance. When dancers have an awareness and education of how their bodies move, they will move and dance with great efficiency and integrity. While I believe that an understanding of ballet technique is crucial to a dancer’s development, she also tries to incorporate opportunities for dancers to explore and grow in their own individual artistry and self -expression.

Roni Heagy

Styles Taught: Hip-Hop & Ready, Set, Dance

Highlight Reel: Stayton High School Varsity dance team member and captain, Won State Championship, All-State member, Dance Scholarship recipient, Stayton High School Dance Team coach where she led the team to 2nd place at State, high school choreographer for half times and competition pieces across Oregon.

Teaching Philosophy: Roni’s teaching philosophy revolves around fostering a joyful and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered. She believes dance is not just about mastering choreography but also about self-expression and personal growth. Ultimately, her goal is to inspire a lifelong love for dance by making every class a memorable and enjoyable experience, where students not only learn the steps but also discover the Beaty of self-expression through movement.

Patricia Dwyer

Styles Taught: Ballet, Pointe, Adult Ballet

Highlight Reel: B.A. in Dance and an M.Ed. in Education. In 1999/2000 she was named acting Artistic Director for the San Jose Dance Theatre. Performed professionally with various ballet and musical theater companies across the country including The California Ballet in San Diego, Canyon Concert Ballet in Colorado, The Peninsula Ballet Theater in the SF Bay Area and Coco et Compagnie in Berkeley California. Off Broadway production of “Your Feet’s too Big” featuring the music of Fats Domino in New York,  and originating the role of the Queen of Hearts in Charles Bennett’s Alice in Wonderland. Performed as SnowQueen in the Nutcracker and the Somewhere Ballet in West Side Story.  Along with her Husband, won 1st place for Pas de Deux at the International Adult Ballet Festival in Miami, Florida in 2022 & 2023. Patricia is part of the teaching staff in the Department of Theatre at Willamette University.

Teaching Philosophy:

Patricia has taught all levels of ballet and enjoys helping students form a lifelong understanding and love for the art form ofdanceand to help students grow in a positive and constructive environment.

Kayla-Nohelani Damo

Styles Taught: Hip-Hop

Highlight Reel: New Hope Christian College Associate Degree in Business Leadership, Unlimited Vibe Records dancer and choreographer. Lead dancer/featured actress with AOM Studios. Has held the role of instructor, competition coach and director for various studios in Hawaii and Oregon.

Teaching Philosophy:

With 21 years of dance experience, Kayla aspires to share her skills with the upcoming generation, emphasizing the significance of comprehending their “why” behind their passion for dance, cultivating a profound appreciation for every facet of this art form, and recognizing its profound impact.

Taylor Eddleston

Styles Taught: Acro

Highlight Reel: Holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Dance from the University of Idaho. Awarded Dancer of the year her senior year, presented work at the American College Dance Association annual conferences more than 6 times. American Dance Festival competitive Scholarship recipient. Fully certified in Acrobatic Arts, BASI Mat Pilates and Progressing Ballet Technique. Pacific University choreographer.

Keslie Fuller

Styles Taught: Ready, Set, Dance + Ballet

Highlight Reel: Keslie grew up training in Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop and Contemporary dance. She danced on a high school and studio teams as well as for the Lady Spurs dance team in Boise, Idaho. She quickly learned she loved sharing her passion through teaching. Keslie has experience working with all ages and levels of dancers. She is Acrobatic Arts and Yoga Alliance certified. 

Teaching Philosophy: Keslie believes dance grows confidence and creativity in students. She strives to create engaging classes where students can learn excellent dance technique, grow confidence in their self expression and find their own love of dance. 

Alexis Pournaras

Highlight Reel: BFA in Dance from San Diego State University, San Diego State University Dance Team- National Champions at UDA in 2020, NFL Cheerleader for San Francisco 49ers for 2 seasons, Assistant Coach for Granada High School Dance Team, Grew up training in jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary, hip hop, acro, and lyrical in Northern California where she has also choreographed and taught.

Teaching Philosophy: Alexis believes that learning to dance cultivates a wide range of skills that extend far beyond the dance floor. Dance is not just about mastering steps, perfecting technique, or polishing routines—it’s about teamwork, consistency, focus, and of course, joy! Alexis is deeply grateful for the personal growth she has experienced through dance and believes the world can be made better when teachers and coaches who truly love their craft pass those lessons on to the next generation. She hopes to inspire her students to embrace both the art and the life skills that dance fosters.
